EasyErlang© is a feature-rich staffing calculator and planning tool for call centers, help desks and virtually any telephone and email contact center. EasyErlang provides deep insight into the call center’s operation, customer experience, and the performance of customer service representatives (CSRs).

 

Downloading and Installing EasyErlang

We want you to experience the full benefits of EasyErlang. If you are having difficulties downloading or installing it, please see the support page for possible answers to your questions. If are still unable to install EasyErlang, email support@EasyErlang.com and we will be happy to assist you.

If you have already installed the evaluation version of EasyErlang you can purchase a full license by going to the license purchase page.

Note to current EasyErlang users upgrading to Windows 7. Versions 2.6 and above require a new registration code. Email support@EasyErlang.com with your new serial number for the new code.

Downloading and Installing EasyErlang

  1. Click the Download button on the left or here.
  2. Click Run.  If you receive a warning message, click Run again.
  3. Follow the installation instructions

Alternatively, you can:

  1. Download setup.exe file to a temporary hard disk location, such as your computer's desktop.
  2. Double-click the setup.exe icon to run setup.
  3. Follow the installation instructions.

Important

  1. Downloading EasyErlang software from this site grants you a temporary license to use it for a trial period. You can  access most of the features of EasyErlang (see the FAQ page for a list of features available to registered users).

  2. EasyErlang is a single user, single computer license.  You can install the trial version on any computer, but the full software must be licensed to a single computer.  Therefore, make sure that you register the Serial Number of EasyErlang that is installed on the computer you intend to use.  See the license purchase page for more information.

Pease Note:

  1. EasyErlang Versions 2.05.0005 and later use a new installation software. If you are upgrading from an earlier version, we recommend that you uninstall the previous versions first using Windows add/remove programs feature before installing the new version. Installing the new version will automatically reapply your existing software license.
